Contracting Party
The purchase contract for our digital products is concluded with Polar Software, Inc., 548 Market St, PMB 61301, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA, acting as reseller (Merchant of Record) (see Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions). The following notice applies to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may declare the withdrawal to Polar Software, Inc. (for example via the contact channels stated in your payment confirmation from Polar) or to us (Max Fischer, MXF Labs, Lammersdorfer Straße 2, 52159 Roetgen, email: [email protected]) by means of a clear statement (for example an email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you declare the withdrawal to us, we will forward it to Polar without delay.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving this consent once performance begins (Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
Voluntary Money-Back Guarantee
Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee. To make use of it, simply contact [email protected] (no particular form required).
Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, all payments received will be refunded to you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notice of your withdrawal was received. The refund is made via the original payment method (Polar).
